Class Description:

New this summer…Aquafit with Laura Mungai-Hannon! This low-impact class is performed in deeper water and is designed to improve joint stability, coordination, heart health, and strength. The class will incorporate cardio and strength, using water dumbbells and flotation belts.

Choose from a morning workout at 6:30 am on Monday and Wednesday or an evening workout at 7:30 pm on Monday and Wednesday.
